While Bush uses the fact that Saddam Hussein has not complied with UN resolutions as an excuse to launch his "pre-emptive" war, here is a list of dozens of UN resolutions that Israel has not complied with. According to Bush logic the USA should start with Israel first since it is the only country that has violated each and every UN Resolution in modern history.
