Jack Warner, a high-ranking FIFA official, in a recent speech in Tobago said:

"Here we have a band going to Germany. Germany is bidding to host the 2006 (Fifa Football World Cup). Germany is asking Jack Warner (who will cast votes to decide which country gets the competition) what can they do for my country."

He further said:

"They have come here four, five, six times. Beckenbaur (from Germany) and his people and so on, ask me what they can do. I said I don't want anything. But they would have picked up every band member and their children and pay for them to go to Germany. All I have to say is that I want a band to go to Germany, had I known."

Mr. Warner is attempting to teach Tobagonians how to be corrupt. He thinks that this type of corruption is legitimatised by claiming that it is in the interest of the country. He has exposed his corrupt tendencies and probably how he acquired some of the wealth he shows-off daily.
What a Jack#$s!
